the repair work went smoothly, and the dents made by the embossing cylinder after spraying were flattened; After disassembling the bent paper receiving tooth row, press and straighten the bent roller shaft, and then replace a small number of spare parts to reuse it; The track seat is fixed by electric welding in situ, which is basically no problem. But after installation, it was found that the turning gear was much heavier than before the accident
we checked the repair quality, installation quality of the damaged parts and other factors that obviously affect the flexible rotation of the machine item by item, and the results still found no problems. So we decided to take the following three steps to check:
1 Remove the damaged tooth row and see whether the correction changes its length
2. Remove the chain and check the track; Spring with small load
3 Manually close the pressure and check whether each eccentric sleeve is twisted and displaced
go to step 2. When the transformation is to change the development mode from the factor range type to the quality benefit type, and part of the chain is produced, the turning gear is suddenly relaxed. After inspection, it was found that the track separated from the chain and the locating pins and fixing screws on the track were all normal, so it was judged that the problem was in the chain. In the section by section inspection of the broken chains, we found that the ring sleeve in the middle of about a dozen chains did not rotate. Although there was no problem from the appearance, these chains would have great resistance when entering the bend. After replacing these chains, the machine operates normally
through this fault, we have learned two lessons: first, even common tools should not be placed on the machine; Second, when checking the problem, the key point should be to carefully check the performance of each component, and not be confused by the surface phenomenon. For example, screw looseness and thermoplastic, which are easy to be processed and molded and can be recycled, should not only be locked, but also find out the reasons for looseness, such as sliding wires and few washers, so as to fundamentally eliminate hidden dangers
